ALEX HERIA / REÁL MIAMI
A collection of images of Miami created using only an Apple iPhone, edited in Google Snap-seed and posted on Instagram. The images are called Reál Miami as they're those nooks and crannies one finds driving through the back roads of the city, always led by the app Waze to get around. Conceptually this body of work represents Miami as it is in 2015-16 as a changing multicultural potpourri of visual extravaganza, from the banal to the sublime, over the top in every way.
