Mastering Digital Wedding Photography is the book that photographer Sony Artisan of Imagery Paul Gero wishes he had had when he started photographing weddings in 2002. He had spent almost two decades previously as a photojournalist but realized he had much to learn about working in wedding photography. In this book, he'll go through the gear he uses and why and how he approaches the day's events in terms of lenses and lighting. He'll also share photographs from the situations to accompany the text. The book also features an extensive interview with Jim Kennedy who is one of the most, if not the most, successful Orange County wedding photographers. Jim talks about his marketing strategy which is very straightforward and works.
